What is the processing time on orders?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of receiving the order assuming the items were in stock, there were no changes to
the order, and depending on shipping service selected during checkout if applicable. In the event there may be a particular delay due to unforeseen circumstances we will reach out to you.
I just placed my order, when will I receive it?
Most domestic orders will arrive in 3-4
business days of placing your order
For International orders, the order will
arrive in 7-10 business days of placing your order.
My address is incorrect on my order? What should I do?
If you notice that your address is incorrect
after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately at
creadocollections@outlook.com, so we
can adjust it before shipping our your order.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we ship all over UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and
import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
What if I really don’t like fragrance I ordered? Can Ireturn it?
Unfortunately, unless there is a candle
defect, we generally do not offer exchanges based on personal fragrance
perferences. Everyone has a different
sense of smell and preference so we hope you can understand that policy.
However, remember that candles make great gifts and just because you are not fond of a scent, most likely a friend,
co-worker, or family member would be.
Can I refill or re-use candle jars and containers when they are empty?
Because glass weakens as it accumulates bumps and scratches from use, we do note recommend refilling our jars for re-use as a
candle. However, they can be reused as
holders for all kinds of things in your home.
Why is it said to discontinue using the candle when halfa inch of wax remains in the bottom?
This is purely a safety issue and any candle maker or retailer will recommend this. Glass gets hot on the bottom as the wick nears the base. It can cause cracking, breaking or damage underneath the glass. We also recommend
burning all candles on heat resistant surfaces.
